By accessing and using Rugged Cross Radio (ruggedcrossradio.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. This website is operated by Righteous Law, a 508(c)(1)(A) faith-based religious organization .

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its mission as a Christian ministry. You may not use this site to distribute harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

Rugged Cross Radio reserves the right to deny access to any user who violates these terms.

Content Ownership

All content on this website — including text, design, logos, audio streams, graphics, and code — is the property of Rugged Cross Radio and Righteous Law, or is used with permission. All rights reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission from Rugged Cross Radio.

Music broadcast on Rugged Cross Radio is either original content produced under Suno Premier license or licensed for broadcast through appropriate licensing agreements.

Insider Membership & Donations

Rugged Cross Radio offers a free Insider membership. When you join as an Insider, you receive ministry updates, encouragement, prayer content, and behind-the-scenes access. Membership is completely free, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message we send.

Any donations or gifts you choose to make support the ministry of Righteous Law and are processed securely through Stripe; Rugged Cross Radio does not store credit card information. Your contribution may be tax deductible — please consult your tax advisor. Annual giving statements are available upon request.

Voice & Text Messages

You may voluntarily submit voice recordings or text messages to the station through our website or mobile app. These submissions are entirely optional and are only created when you choose to record or send a message.

By submitting a message, you grant Rugged Cross Radio permission to review it and, with your consent, play it on the air as part of our programming. We do not sell or share your voice recordings or messages with third parties.

You may request deletion of any voice recording or message you have submitted at any time by emailing matt@righteousnetwork.com.

Mobile Application

These Terms of Use apply to both the Rugged Cross Radio website (ruggedcrossradio.com) and the Rugged Cross Radio mobile application, including any version distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Children’s Privacy

Rugged Cross Radio is a general-audience faith and music service. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact matt@righteousnetwork.com and we will delete it.

No Warranties

This website and the Rugged Cross Radio stream are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the stream or website at all times.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the station broadcasting 24/7 but cannot guarantee availability due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Rugged Cross Radio, Righteous Law, and their officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the radio stream.

Our total liability for any claim related to this site shall not exceed the amount you have donated to Rugged Cross Radio in the preceding 12 months.

Apple App Store — End User License Agreement

The following additional terms apply when you download or use the Rugged Cross Radio app from the Apple App Store (the “App Store Sourced Application”):

• Acknowledgement: This Agreement is concluded between Rugged Cross Radio and you only, and not with Apple. Rugged Cross Radio, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App Store Sourced Application and its content.
• Scope of License: The license granted to you for the application is a limited, non-transferable license to use it on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, and only as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Maintenance and Support: Rugged Cross Radio is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the application. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the application.
• Warranty: Rugged Cross Radio is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the application; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the application.
• Product Claims: Rugged Cross Radio, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the application or your possession and/or use of it, including (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
• Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that the application or your possession and use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Rugged Cross Radio, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Developer Contact: For questions, complaints, or claims regarding the application, contact Rugged Cross Radio at matt@righteousnetwork.com or Righteous Law, 3409 McDougall Avenue, Suite 202, Everett WA 98201.
• Third-Party Terms: You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the application.
• Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Snohomish County, Washington.
